There's something about July 4th on the Central Coast that hits differently. The fog usually burns off by early afternoon, the estuary is at your back, and if you find a good patch of grass, there's nowhere else you'd rather be. This year, Sea Pines has the day covered from 2 o'clock straight through to 8.
Kielo Smith opens at 2pm. With decades of public performances behind him, Kielo is one of the most natural and genuine performers on the Central Coast, known for working a crowd without working too hard at it. Guitar, harmonicas, and a setlist full of songs you already know.
Back Pages Band takes the green from 3 to 6pm. A five-piece classic rock, country, and blues band with decades of live performance experience spanning the Midwest, Rockies, and West Coast, Back Pages has built a loyal following up and down the coast by doing one thing well: keeping people on their feet. Expect a wide-ranging set from the 60s through today, built to move.
When the sun starts its drop, take your drink inside to The Clubhouse Grill. Cynthia Ford is a country-Americana artist based on California's Central Coast, known for her raw, emotional storytelling and rock-influenced sound, and she closes out the night from 6 to 8pm. She's the right way to end a Fourth.

July 4th falls on a Saturday this year. Book Thursday through Sunday and you've got the full thing: a round of golf in the morning, the green in the afternoon, Morro Bay and Montaña de Oro whenever you want them. Pet-friendly rooms and suites available.
About the Barefoot Concerts on the Green
The Barefoot Concert series runs most Saturdays from late April through fall at Sea Pines Golf Resort in Los Osos. Music plays outdoors on the golf course from 2–6pm, then moves inside to The Clubhouse Grill from 6–8pm. This special July 4th edition brings the full format to a Friday holiday. Concerts are free for resort guests.
